Purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons 21 years of age or older in the State of Oregon.
4. Seating & Large Parties
We welcome walk-in guests and do not require reservations. For large parties or to arrange takeout, please call us at (503) 610-1589. We reserve the right to modify seating or availability due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Online Ordering & Delivery
Online orders for pickup or delivery are placed through our online-ordering platform. Pricing, availability, preparation, and delivery times are subject to change. Once an order is confirmed, all sales are final except as required by applicable consumer-protection law. We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by the ordering platform or delivery providers.
6. Alcoholic Beverages
Where alcoholic beverages are served, they are for on-premises (dine-in) consumption only and are served exclusively to guests age 21 or older with valid government-issued identification. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest, including for reasons related to age verification or intoxication, consistent with the rules of the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). Any promotional pricing is dine-in only, cannot be combined with other offers, and is subject to change without notice.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
Menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including fish, shellfish, soy, wheat (gluten), sesame, eggs, dairy, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please inform your server before ordering. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of a particular allergen. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health outcomes resulting from menu items.
